JOHN P. BLUMBERG

John Blumberg is board certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by the National
Board of Trial Advocacy and carries the highest possible national ranking
for competence, reputation and ethical standards. He has published dozens
of articles on trial-related subjects and has lectured and taught trial
practice courses to lawyers for many years. Each year, Mr. Blumberg
obtains millions of dollars on behalf of his clients from negligent
doctors, hospitals and insurance companies which had previously refused
to acknowledge any responsibility for the harm they caused.
Recent trials include a $1,400,000 jury verdict on behalf of a woman
whose leg was amputated because of medical malpractice and $1,100,000
million dollars for the cost of raising a disabled child. Recent settlements
include $2,000,000 for the cost of raising a child who suffered brain
damage during because of negligence during labor and delivery, $600,000
for terminating an employee based on his age, $500,000 for a disabled
surgeon whose insurance company denied his disability claim, and $400,000
for the parents of a baby who died shortly after childbirth because
of the carelessness of the obstetrician.
Mr. Blumberg tries cases in the fields of medical malpractice, legal
malpractice, personal injury, fraud, employment, business, real estate
and contracts.
